Delivery Areas
We currently deliver throughout Cambodia. If you are unsure if we deliver to your area, please contact us at artomfarm@gmail.com
Delivery times
Delivery is usually between 1-5 days, depending on your location.
We will endeavor to notify you of any delays due to weather conditions or high demand.
Shipping Fees
Standard delivery throughout Cambodia is at Virak Buntham Express rates.
Shipping within Siem Reap is free of charge.
If the local delivery option does not appear during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information so you can keep track of your shipping status.
Receiving Items
You can collect your goods from any Virak Buntham Express branch that is convenient for you.
Guaranteed freshness
Our microgreens are harvested shortly before delivery. To ensure optimal freshness, we recommend consuming them within 7 days of receipt.
Returns & Exchanges
Given the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is a problem with your order (e.g., receiving the wrong product), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order for assistance.

You can pay for your order on Acleda Bank or cash to the courier upon receipt or self-delivery (only Siem Reap, Cambodia).

Delivery Times
• We work directly with our suppliers to ensure the fastest possible delivery. Typically, shipping takes 7 to 14 business days, depending on the supplier’s warehouse location and your region.
• Please note that during peak periods (holidays, sales events), delivery times may increase.
Shipping Costs
• Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size of the order, and the customer’s location. In some cases, free shipping may be available.
• The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
• After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing details about your purchase.
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to monitor the shipping status in real time.
Delivery Locations
• We ship to most locations worldwide. However, certain regions may not be available for delivery. If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a refund.
Returns and Exchanges for Delivery Issues
If your order is not delivered within the specified timeframe, please contact our customer support team. We will check the status of your order and provide a resolution: either a refund or a reshipment.
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible

We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory
